These Designs may not be available for sale. Many of these garments are Exclusive Editions and were a collaboration of work between Shelley-Anne & the Customer consigning the design. Payments, Fees & Deposits•We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account yourself to be able to pay via PayPal. International Payments are accepted only via PayPal.•We also accept Direct Entry to our bank account and cheques. ** note goods will not be released until all funds have cleared and in the instance of cheques that bounce the purchaser shall be responsible for any bank fees incurred by Show'n Off Show Wear which could be up to AUD$35.00•All goods remain the property of Shown Off Show Wear by Shelley-Anne until payment is received in full.•Deposits made on any product are NON-refundable•25% Deposit is required on all orders at the time the order is made. Some orders such as Custom Orders, Chaps, or Garments that require the purchase of materials not in stock will require a 50% deposit.•We may be able to offer you a Rush order, this will require a fee of AU$200.00, in order to cover overtime costs and does not include courier or express post fees. (Rush Orders are offered at the discretion of Shown Off Show Wear and are dependent on work load at that particular time)•No products will be released until all funds outstanding are received and cleared in full, this may include but not limited to costs incurred by Shown Off due to bounced cheques provided by the customer etc.•Non-payment may mean that your garment is auctioned/sold to recover the funds outstanding, the sale price will be deducted from the debt, however the remainder will still be considered outstanding and payable by the customer.Shipping•We recommend Gift Boxing, or at least Boxing your new garment to protect it during Shipping. Boxes start at AU$5.00, depending on how many garments you wish to ship.•We recommend shipping by registered mail and insuring your items for shipping. •Couriers may be used if arranged by the customer at the customers expense. We cannot guarantee there will be anybody available at the time of pick up so have your courier company check with us first, prior to making a booking.•In Australia, where boxing, insurance and registered mail is not requested, we currently use Australia Post express post satchels for our shipping as it offers tracking and easy to quote accurate shipping rates. AU$9.20 for one garment Australia wide, AU$12.55 up to 3 Garments Australia wide, AU$20.85 for Chaps or up to 5 garments Australia Wide. •International ShippingInternational Shipping will be charged separately via PayPal invoice, (customers do not need to have their own registered PayPal account to use this service). As we only charge customers what Australia Post charges us for shipping, we wait until the order is completed so it can be weighed and measured accurately for accurate shipping rates. Orders shall not be released until shipping has been received and cleared in full.•No responsibility will be taken by Shown Off Show Wear by Shelley-Anne should the customer not opt for insurance, boxing and registered mail if the products either fail to arrive or arrive damaged.Custom Orders•Returns on Custom Orders - There are no returns or store credits offered on custom orders•Please see Specific Instructions, Terms and Conditions relative to Custom Orders on the "Custom Orders" page.Alterations•Alterations for garments where the customer is deemed to have provided Incorrect Measurements will be charged accordingly. •Where Shown off Show Wear or its agents are deemed to have taken incorrect measurements, alterations will be made free of charge.Measurements•Show'n Off show Wear will Not be held responsible for any measurements that are not taken by Show'n Off Show Wear or its agents. •Alterations for garments where the customer is deemed to have provided Incorrect Measurements will be charged accordingly. •Where Shown Off Show Wear or its agents are deemed to have taken incorrect measurements, alterations will be made free of charge.Refunds & Store Credits•Refunds and/or Store Credits are given at the discretion of Show'n Off Show Wear only in instances wear the item is returned within 7 days from date of receipt in full price saleable condition and unworn. •No refunds are given on Custom Orders or Ready to Wear Editions that have been altered in any way for any reason. •Sale Items cannot be returned, refunds and store credits are not offered on sale items.Privacy•Your information will not be given to any third party organisations for the intentions of sales promotions or any other with the exception of the reason that Show'n Off Show Wear is required by law to share your information. Show'n Off Show Wear will only use your information to conduct normal business operations, this may include sharing your information with our Accountant, Legal Representatives and/or Credit Agencies.Copyright & Intellectual Property•All designs remain the intellectual property of Shown Off Show Wear by Shelley-Anne•The purchase of a garment does not entitle the purchaser/customer to the intellectual property of the design or its elements. •Permission to use, copy, produce or manufacture a design or its elements can only be expressly given in writing by Shown Off Show Wear by Shelley-Anne.•All designs and their elements remain the intellectual property of Shown Off, except in the instance where a design and its elements in their entirety have been provided by the customer, with no changes, additions or alterations made by Shown Off Show Wear.•Any attempt to copy, produce, manufacture or use part or all of any designs owned by Shown Off Show Wear by Shelley-Anne will be deemed copyright infringement or theft of intellectual property and may lead to the appropriate legal action.•All photos, designs, graphics, text, layouts and logos contained within this website, or any other media produced by Shown Off Show Wear are the intellectual property of Shown Off Show Wear.
